What if I am a postdoc or graduate student and I help manage a summer program, which affiliation do I select? Select Program Assistant for postdocs. Graduate Student should select Graduate students, even though you are a program assistant. This helps us to identify all of the graduate students who are participating when reporting on the grant.

Undergraduates, when you have completed your registration you will be allowed to submit the title to your presentation by selecting the next tile on your dashboard.  Once complete, it will need to be approved by the coordinator at your institution.  Failure to submit and have your title approved by the July 2 deadline will exclude you from making your presentation at LANS.  No exceptions will be made at the conference.

You will be asked if you are making a poster or an oral presentation, please make sure you choose the correct option.  We are not able to make changes once the symposium begins, no exceptions will be made.
